Group Fitness Classes
All
classes include a warm-up and cool-down. If
you have specific medical conditions that you feel the instructor should be
aware of, please let him or her know prior to class. Classes are 1 hour in
length, except Zumba/Kickboxing which is 75
minutes. Please bring your own water
bottle and arrive to class on time, as the warm-up is crucial to an
effective workout.
Cardio
Groove ‘N Tone:
Combines traditional cardio moves with dance choreography for a non-stop groove!
Expect a full body workout that tones your arms, legs, glutes and abs while
improving your balance and flexibility. Great for males and females of all ages!
Muscle
Step:
Non-stop, low-impact muscle toning class using the step, light hand weights and
Dyna-bands. Step aerobics
experience not needed!
Pilates:
Based on the principles of Pilates, this class moves you through a series of
fluid and energizing exercises that stretch, strengthen, and streamline.
Increase your range of motion, body awareness, balance, flexibility and lean
muscle. A unique blend, and a must for those seeking a challenging yet
invigorating and relaxing workout.
Step:
Come get a great cardio workout with lots of variety. Classes start with a
warm-up and active stretch followed by step choreography, and finish with
abdominal work & cool down. FUN, FUN, FUN!
Step
Interval:
Incorporates strength & sculpting moves.
Step
& Low:
Combines a step workout with low impact moves.
Strengthen
& Stretch:
Perfect for all fitness levels. Starts with a warm up, progresses to strength
training, and finishes with yoga and balance work.
YogaFlow:
The instructor will skillfully challenge and inspire you through the yogic
process of cultivating mindfulness while stretching, strengthening &
relaxing.
ZUMBA:
A dance fitness program incorporating Latin & World Beat music. Come for the
sheer joy of moving your body, and enjoy the benefits of this non-stop party!
ZUMBA
& Kickboxing*:
Class starts with ZUMBA, and progresses to kickboxing. Always different, always
challenging! *75 minute class
Team Cycling
Indoor
cycling classes are a wonderful way to go for a ride with an experienced
instructor without ever leaving the building. Classes are 45 min-1 hr. long.
Daily
Ride:
Geared toward endurance, but not quite elite in the workload. This class takes
you a step beyond and into the beginning of your challenge zone. Formatted at a
moderate pace, with sufficient recovery between challenging hills and intervals.
SportCycle:
A sport-specific class that allows you to test your limits. Intense and driven,
this is a great class for those seeking a challenge.
RULES OF THE ROAD

Please
bring your own towel and water bottle to class.

Please
do not show up late to class since the warm-up is crucial to a well-rounded
ride.

Please
pace yourself and monitor your intensity.
·
All
participants are required to clean their bike and surrounding area at the end of
class.
